1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Forex Dark EA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Upon purchase or redemption, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Forex Dark EA. This license is bound to your email and MT5 account.

  • You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense the EA
  • You may not reverse engineer or decompile the EA
  • The license is valid for one MT5 account only (once bound, cannot be changed)
  • We reserve the right to revoke licenses for violations

3. Broker Redemption Terms

To redeem a free license via broker account:

  • You must be a NEW client (not previously registered with the broker)
  • Account must be opened through our official IB referral link
  • Minimum deposit requirements must be met
  • We verify accounts within 24-48 hours
  • We reserve the right to reject requests that don't meet requirements

4. No Guarantees

Forex Dark EA is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. We make no representations about:

  • Profitability or trading results
  • Accuracy of the EA's trading decisions
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, cryptocurrencies, and CFDs involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Forex Dark EA, including but not limited to trading losses.

7. Updates and Support

PRO license holders receive free lifetime updates and priority email support. We may discontinue support for older versions at our discretion.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after license key delivery.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
